Provided by YP.comIf you live in Idaho, don't go to this vet. My family member used this vet for her dogs. Recently her dog needed its second surgery do to kidney stones within weeks of surgery the dog was passing stones again. When they took the dog in they were extremely rude and uncaring of the issue and took no responsibility for their lack of quality care. This is a vet that has no integrity and compassion for the animals they treat and there owners that pay to keep their animals healthy. How are they still in business read their reviews online- this business should be ashamed of them self's and their quality of care.

Provided by YPmobileTerrible customer service. Blond receptionist Courtney was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I can not express how disappointed I was to be treated like an idiot and spoken down to. I will never bring my dogs back here and I've been coming here for years.

Provided by YPmobileVery bad service! Blond RECETIONIST was rude, and they told me to bring in urine sample from my puppy, then got a call, telling me to bring my puppy, when arrived, waited 2 hours but when 2 persons without appointment came in, they ask for the vet and both were seeing between 5 minutes of their arrival, plus told me the urine test will be $10 but charge me $30 and would charge 35 for bringing her in plus antibioticos

Provided by YP.comBlaney's have the most caring staff we have ever found. We have two cats. They are part of our family. We call them our Grand-cats, and they fill the void caused by "empty nest syndrome". We refuse to take them anywhere but Blanney's. Their vets are caring, professional, skilled, gentle, and very explanatory. The admin staff and vet assistants care about their public and patience. We are proud referring others to their clinic.

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely pleased!!!! I tried 3 other vets and this one is worth the drive! The dr. was compassionate and professional. -Not to mention I saved hundreds of dollars on a dental treatment and skin biopsy.

Provided by YP.comNever been there before, actually just set my 1st appointment, was willing to come clear in from Boise because the price was so awesome. Called to confirm my appointment to have the animal spayed this afternoon (yes I thought it was odd for a PM drop off, then again this is my 1st dog) the girl who answered the phone, 1st of all could not find my appointment, (because it was scheduled with my last name, and MY DOGS name for my 1st name) I was then told she was only scheduled for vaccines and has to have vaccines for 3 weeks before the spay (ok, again my 1st dog) so I said oh I guess that wasn't explained to me.... The person on the phone then snapped back 'Yes it was because I made the appointment!"
Yes you may be cheap but no thank you. Even though there is a good chance I just misunderstood the appointment, I'm not paying for that kind of customer service. A simple (polite) I'm sorry for the misunderstanding would do thanks.... I'll pay extra and maybe Blanley can teach their receptionists some manners or customer service...

Provided by YP.comthis is the worst vet clinic ever!!!! I took my two month old puppy in and and was greeted by the rudest tech I have ever seen completely cold and unfeeling. She had absolutely no compassion or care for my animal or myself; They would rather put your animal down than save their life. Not to mention with as sick as my puppy was I never even saw a vet what kind of crap was that all iI got was a vet bill and lip from a red head with a bad attitude

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Blaney's for over 30 years. Started with my horses and have continued with my pets. Prices are very reasonable and decisions are left up to the owner after all options are given and explained. My daughter even brought her cat over from Boise after I called around for her. Basic check up for a sick cat was $180.00 to $240.00 to start. Blaney's was $40.00. You can see the difference and the care is excellent.
