The Chinese Shao-Lin Center has a well balanced program. It is well structured, fun, and challenging. The instructors at the school are supportive and positive with their training. I have lost weight and I feel great. There is such a wide veriety of material to learn. Absolutly wonderful. Thank you Chinese Shao-Lin Center!!
