Affordable insurance like I've said in my last post, are Liars & Thieves. Yes, it is unfortunate that people can spread untrue information on the internet; that's not a surprising response from a company that blatantly rips off it's customers by deception. AIC responded to my other review by saying I added a car to my policy, the price went up and I couldn't understand why, seriously? My God, that would be funny if it weren't such a sad attempt at damage control by a management that won't accept accountability for there own misdeeds. The car in question was already insured by them on a two car full coverage policy. The problem actually arose when I went into their office to cancel my policy and found out they had misrepresented the paperwork of the policy by writing "my vehicle" as owned and driven by a teenager in my household while overcharging me throughout the policy. The only reason I went to speak to them in the first place was to actually cancel my policy due to finding a cheaper one with the same full coverage. Their idea of a customer service explanation when presented with their "costly" mistake, and I quote; "This isn't going to turn out the way you want" This response in the face of a blatant corporate theft is AIC's idea of the stellar customer service they supposedly provide. Look at the response AIC gave to my last review. They can't even spell the word customer correctly. I'd think adequate customer service would start with been able to spell it. Interesting to me that a company who has so many thousands of happy customers has two reviews and a management rebuttal to one of them that is as big a lie as the theft and deception they perpetuated everything in the first place. Like I said, Liars & Thieves. If you have a teenager that is not driving your vehicles, make sure their not running this same SCAM on you or even some other one...

I have been dealing with this company for approximately 8 years and they have always been so very kind and willing to work with my families needs. We have all of our insurances through Affordable insurance and we couldn't be happier!
