We order a pizza NO HAM, ONLY SIZE 12", Get it together people, or you will never make it.....

Good pizza but sort of expensive for what you get.

Don't know why ther are any negative reviews, I just had my first pizza there and it was all high fives from my view point, great pizza and great service. will defintely go again!!

Great Italian meal in a casual atmosphere and with fair pricing. The service is attentive without being intrusive.

As with any restaurant opening there were a few hiccups but the service was great as was the food. A month later, I can honestly say the experience was even better!

CALEDONIA DOESN'T DESERVE A PLACE THIS NICE!

Excellent service. Excellent pasta dishes. This is no Ucello's pizzeria. Not a sports bar. 2 areas that are sit down eating with a quiet bar in the middle. Unfortunately the owners had their first night off since the grand opening, so the hostess was on her own and let a family with kids sit in the bar area. You know how it is; no smoking sections anymore so hoping the bar would be kids free. So we moved to the booth area because we found that it did have a window seat. If you are from Forest Hills or East Grand Rapids step out of your comfort zone and have a wonderful meal.

Terrible service. They open up and don't take call in take out to go orders, ok thats fine we understand they are busy . They then post on their Facebook page they are accepting phone in orders starting June 23. We call them today June 24th and the gal on the phone says they are not accepting call in take out orders for a few more weeks yet , HUHHHH seriously , what pizza , italian joint don't accept take out orders. Loosing business if you ask me. Whats really funny is the gal on the phone says oohhhh if you come in we will take your order and it should only take about 10 minutes we are not very busy. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, I am on the phone right now with you and you can't start my pizza order, but you can only when i come in and make me sit in your bar for 15 minutes while you cook it up, COME ON FRICANOS , your loosing business here. We went somewhere else and probably won't be back.

Just terrible.

We went expecting the same wonderful pizza we have had for years at the Grand Haven location. The pizza was doughy and did not have the distinctive Fricano's taste that we love. The pasta tasted old like it had been warmed up. Come to find out this is not the same ownership as the Grand Haven Fricano's which has always been excellent. This pizza is tasteless and not up to the Fricano's standard. It is not the same ownership as Grand Haven because I called there asking why this was so lousy thinking it was the same owner. It's not! Go to any other Fricano's but this one. The food is no good, and I agree the service is not great either.

We sat on the east side and split an appetizer and pizza. Pizza was very greasy, crust was good but couldn't taste much flavor. We had an appetizer that was good but overpriced for what it was. Our service was also poor. We didn't get silver wear, we weren't checked on until after our meal, weren't given plates and had empty drinks. We will try sitting in a different area and a different meal, but not anytime soon.

The pizza is a disappoint and the pasta dishes are greasy. We will not ever go back.

This place is classy, clean, and has remarkable pizza. I'm definitely going back.
