ABC Works is a day training and habilitation program that operates in Houston County, Minn. It serves individuals above the age of 18 with mental retardation and related conditions, as well as other disabilities. The program includes community-based employment opportunities for individuals interested in working at a job site in their community. ABC Works also provides supervision and training at its work sites to ensure participants safety and success. Additionally, the program offers a variety of in-center work opportunities for participants. It is a part of Ability Building Center, also known as ABC, which provides employment and vocational services for individuals with disabilities in southeastern Minnesota. ABC Works maintains a location in Caledonia, Minn.
