Caledonia Middle School is a public, rural school established in 1988. The school is located in northern Lowndes County in Caledonia, Miss. It offers various educational and extracurricular programs to children. The school s curriculum comprises of English, mathematics, chemistry, social sciences, history, music, foreign languages, career and technical education and computer education. Caledonia Middle School s library offers a collection of more than 6,000 volumes and over 4,500 accelerated reader books. The periodical collection consists of more than 15 magazines, and journals and newspapers. Caledonia Middle School also offers a state-funded online database that provides a wide variety of full-text journals and other research resources. The school offers various extracurricular, as well as sports activities, including baseball, soccer, basketball, softball, volleyball, hockey and football.
