Terrible customer service.

I asked for my pizza well done and he burned it.

Young thug manager had on a baseball cap turned backwards, shirt hanging out and dirty tennis shoes. Very bad attitude and smart mouth. Girlfriend was hanging in the back of the store and lobby with booty shorts on. He tried to loud talk me in front of his girlfriend/mother. I will be report it to store manager.

Pizza Hut Has improve in the last 4weeks.Their customer service is wonderful!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I lived less than half a mile away....took them 1 hour and 45 mins to deliver my pizza. Not to mention when I called after an 1 hour and 20 mins of not haveing my pizza delivered the lady that answered the phone had the worst attitude. She was like "uhh, well we have an hour and 30 mins to get it to you and then hung up". Next time I went inside the store to place an order and my experience wasn't much better then either. Plus the food isn't even that good and not worth the price.

Not only do they have terrible customer service but they lied to the home office about it, saying they left the soda at the door when they delivered the pizza. I MET THEM AT THE DOOR! I hate liars. I WISH there was a negative review. But that's just the redneck trailer trash delivery person. When I called I get lip laden junkyard dog trash giving me sh*t like I was lieing about it. Then it took 45 minutes to deliver my FORGOTTEN soda and I got lip from that person. I threw the drink away. If Pizza Hut was the last food place on earth I would starve. Nice job Pizza Hut. Nice Job

Customer service at the Calera pizza hut location is absolutely terrible. I used to eat their about once a week, the crew was speedy on time and very helpful. On my last visit, Saturday May 5 2012, I had the poorest service yet. The employees had bad attitudes. And the lady up front continued to rush me along in my ordering process. It was very disrespectful. I wante to talk to the manager, they said she had been termed and that Jill, a lower management, would speak with me. She was very rude and complained that I was being unfair. Never again will I eat at this location.
