Sharps carpet installed a berber carpet in my basement over a year ago. On the first install, the carpet was overheated leaving discoloration amongst the seams. Sharps agreed to replace the carpet. The second install was worse! The berber immediately started coming undone and making runs. I called the owner first thing and he sent out his son to try and patch up the shorty job. This didn't help at all. I called the owner a few more times expressing my disappointment in the carpet. The wear and tear was not the problem but the terrible install job along the seams. The owner tried to tell me that the berber was a bad application for my basement and said it was my choice. My problem is that the seams are falling apart and this is due to very poor installation. My name is Mike and I live in Calera. I could not be any more disappointed with a local business!! Terrible unprofessional service and a failure to follow through with a quality product/service. If possible I would rate Sharp's 0 stars!!!
