I came in for a pedicure and the guy that removed my toe polish quoted me $35 for the spa pedicure and the lady Cindy that was actually doing my pedi told him to tell me $40 so he then told me $40. My feet were in bad shape so I accepted the price but didn't appreciate the $5 increase based on her desire to make 5 additional dollars! It was so obvious that they don't do spa pedis often because they acted like they didn't know their own prices. So you finally get a client who's interested in a high end pedi and you "GRIND" them???? I hope the extra $5 was worth it and I tipped her $5. Won't be going bk thanks but no thanks.
