Great Service! Highly recommend family cars. They are very understanding with payments. No late fee's for late payments if financed through them. Irma, the lady who actually does all the selling and paperwork and day to day things it very nice, she make you feel very comfortable. Bought my car March of 2012 and still have had to problems with it. Point blank, highly recommend family cars!

Service: I received great service from Family Cars. The dealer was not pushing me to make a quick purchase, she let me take my time and explore my options and was extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing a used car from them about 1 year ago and it has been running great so far. I recommend this used car dealership to anyone in the area that is looking to get a vehicle as I have recommended it to my friends and family.



Location: Their location was not great (Emerson St. behind Jack in the Box) but they recently re-located to a corner location (Corner of Grant st & Emerson st.) which is larger and puts them easier to find by the public.



Prices: I got my vehicle at a great price. I did a lot of research before buying and they had the overall better deal for me.



Conclusion: Make sure to do your research before you invest in a used car. I did and it worked out great for me. I highly recommend this dealer.

Very poor service. Do not buy cars there, they sell cars in bad conditions and not repaired. WARRANTY is just a lie.
