I usually never leave voicemails but I walked in store earlier today. 4 associates including manager in cashwrap. I was greeted but associate was leaning in cashwrap. We walked tru store and never approach or offer any promo (black Friday weekend) walked out no one said nothing. The worse part we were the only customers in store. I was exited to see its store open since I shop at DSW for penguin shoes. But after today I do prefer any other store. Sadly negative feedback but it is what it is.
