I can’t say enough about Ruben Moreno’s professionalism and honesty. From the get-go, Ruben was understanding, sincere, and kind. I felt as if I’d know him for years.

Ruben worked hard to get my house sold fast! The professional photographs and aerial shots made the house look so beautiful.

During the transaction, Ruben took care of all the ‘behind the scenes’ negotiations with the buyer and agent and he fought hard for my best interests. Even with my residing out of the state, communication throughout the process was flawless. Ruben kept me in the loop about everything via text, voice note, and email.

My experience working with Ruben Moreno as a first-time home buyer was excellent. My homebuying situation was somewhat different from most people's in that I was living in New York City while trying to buy a home in Calexico for my parents. I will be limited on what I would say just because there's not enough space in this column to describe how fantastic Mr. Moreno service is as a realtor and a human being. My mother had recently passed and left us her house. My sister and I live over 400 miles away unable to care for the home. Pressed for time we contracted Ruben based on reviews. Not being from the area we gambled with trusting Mr. Moreno. Luckily we rolled the dice the right way. Ruben was honest and genuine from the beginning. During the selling process Ruben went above and beyond to help contract specialist and bring the house up to par. The house turned out perfect. No hassle. It was on the market for a couple weeks and had got an offer which was the range we were asking. Mr. Moreno was always in communication with my sister and I which brought us at ease. On top of all what he was doing he treated us with empathy and respect knowing the sale of our parents house was difficult. I appreciate him and his service.
