I admit a little bias: Attorney D Lynn Bearden is my sister, and her office manger is my other sister, Laurie. I have only had the opportunity to work together with them on a few cases over the years (my speciality is personal injury, not divorce/custody/criminal defense like Lynn does) but I have always seen their cases thoroughly prepared and professionally handled.

The word I hear most to describe my younger sister is “aggressive.” Not unnecessarily offensive or litigious, but assertive in pushing every aspect of her clients’ cases. I think that’s pretty accurate.

Ms. Bearden is an astute, energetic attorney with the courtroom knowledge and force of personality, perspective, and humor to successfully present her client's case and carry it to a successful conclusion. We were very pleased she was our lawyer.
