Small Businesses Beware!!! My wife and I have a small business. We signed a long term contract with Comcast. There were several outages during that time which were detrimental to our business, and the cost kept increasing though we had agreed to a price in the contract. Once the contract was up, we switched providers. Today when I called business support to cancel, they told me I have to continue paying for another 60 days because that is their policy. I asked to see where I had signed for that. They said it is in their terms of service. Gee, I haven't read that book. The service techs, which had to come multiple times a year, were helpful, but the corporate atmosphere is atrocious. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
