If there was a zero that would be my rating, we were with Tapestry for a little more than a week, at least 3 times I called the nurse concerning my mom and every time they had to put me on hold because they hat my moms name in the computer wrong. The night my mom passed away was the most horrific experience I have ever had, we called them and again we were put on hold for 10 minutes because they didnt have her name right in the computer, while my mom struggled to breath, several calls were made for the next 3 hours for a nurse to help my mom or for a nurse to come, no one showed up, the nurse said she had to work day shift the next day and didnt know how long this process would take, my mother needlessly suffered and our family will have to live with those terrible last hours for the rest of our lives. I only hope if anyone reads this you will run from this hospice group, and I hope no one else has to suffer what me and my family suffered.

No communication between nursing staff and family members. The day before my mother passed away a nurse was sent to evaluate my mother and she was supposed to call me back. The nurse DID NOT call me back. No big surprise. As no nurses had called me during the time my mother was with Tapestry Hospice. I had to call them ever week to get an update on my mother’s condition. It was like pulling teeth to get any information from Tapestry nurses. I wished I had gone with HAYMEN HOSPICE.

Nurse Ashley at Tapestry Hospice was professional, caring and friendly to our family as we were experiencing the sickness and death of our Mother. Her knowledge, patience, guidance, and comfort were exactly what we needed.
