Whoever the Jeremiah guy is has no clue about the gun business. Especially Fugate's. It's like a car once you drive it off the lot it is used. Accessories are nice but also just like a car .. if the factory puts them on they are worth more then a consumer doing it and changing the actual product. If she only was willing to give you 50% of what you bought it for that simply means you bought it way over priced. She actually takes off roughy 30$ from new gun wholesale price if in good condition.. so all your points and assumptions are invalid.

Went to sell an AR that was Brand New, still wrapped. Owner would only give 50% of the original value (not including the accessories). She said she would have to sell it used but I kind of had the feeling that I would come in three days later and see it labeled as 'new'. I told her I would pass. I ask about their .223 ammo and if they sell it in bulk. Owner was like "why should I give customers a bulk price brake ? They're buying it anyway"

Their attitude kind of turns customers off, they have ok at best prices, but they have an indoor range and teach concealing classes. They get an extra star for teaching (I would only give them one)
