I moved to the area about a year ago and recently began to have trouble with my retainers made by my previous Orthodontist. I called Dr. Koterwas' office and they were able to get me into the office the same week. When I arrived, I was greeted by their friendly staff. I did not have to wait long at all after turning in my paperwork. Dr. Koterwas was very nice and easy to talk to and understood my concerns. They were able to take my impressions for new retainers that day, and even had them ready for me to pick back up that same afternoon! The staff was friendly and very efficient. They made me feel so comfortable, and like I had been a patient in their office for years!
