Miller Drafting & Design provides drafting and design services to homeowners, home builders, contractors, and architects. Utilizing state of the art design software, we can produce photo realistic 3D renderings, concept drawings, and fully detailed working plan sets. Full plan sets include all required plans, elevations, and sections that can be used to obtain building permits, proposals/bids, and for the ultimate construction of the building. All plans are drawn to comply with the current International Residential Code, International Building Code, and all additional state and local code requirements. We also provide 3D drawings from various interior and exterior perspectives to facilitate the visualization of the finished project. Whether you already have a plan that you want to change to fit your needs or you want to start from scratch with some ideas or sketches, Miller Drafting & Design will work closely with you to ensure the design is exactly what you want.

Associations

Miller Drafting & Design is a small design firm located in California, Maryland. As lead designer, Kenny Miller is a master carpenter, designer, and drafter with over 20 years of design and hands-on custom home building experience. Kenny earned his Autocad Operator's Certificate in 2014 from the College of Southern Maryland, and is a current member of the International Code Council.
