The only thing that is 5 star is the friendliness of the staff. I had so many issues while me, my fiance and kids stayed here. The cleanliness of the rooms are disgusting. We were in a double bed room first; the chair was broke, the shower has scum build up, comforters had burn holes and food in microwave. We switched to a suite with a jet bath, the tub was nasty once again, dirty sheets with hair all over, broken tub, pee on the toilet. They charged me twice for one night. Than my fiance gets a call while we're away, saying they packed our stuff and put it in storage because we didn't pay.....come to find out the front desk charged us for somebody else's room also. So we got moved to a different suit. OMG disgusting! There were balls of hair in the tub, black scum on shower walls, broken fridge, smells like straight pee is soaked in the carpet. They do have free breakfast which includes stale cereal, a broken waffle maker, and dried out bagels. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend.
