BEWARE OF Hair Studio 555 more like HAIR STUDIO 666 because you leave looking and feeling like HELL!1. Explained to person on phone that I needed someone who was GOOD with doing blonde highlights and color correction because I needed some root touching up and toning.2. Walked into a dingy, dark, & dirty place with only 2 people working on a Saturday! (That was the first sign!) (Maybe if the lighting was better she could have seen what she was doing to my hair!)3. I was greeted by my stylist, who didn't even know what I needed and I had to explain to her about my color concerns. I also showed her a picture of what I wanted and my hair turned out nothing like the picture.4. As she did my hair she was checking her phone a lot, texting and taking personal calls. She also told me about all the strange clients that come into the studio and how one of her clients was crying her eyes out because she ruined her haircut! (This started making me feel extremely nervous and worried for my own hair!) She also said the girl smelled like alcohol... Soooo unprofessional! 5. She shampooed and rinsed out all my foils without even checking how it was processing first. Then she blew my hair dry and decided she needed to put more foils in all over again!6. My hair turned out blotchy and streaked with several different colors of orange, copper, yellow and white and they did not have toner in the salon! WTF?! How could a proffesional hair salon not carry toner for blonde hair?!7. She offered  to have me come back to make my hair blonder and said she would bring in a violet toner, clearly she knew she had ruined my hair. Why on earth would I go back to someone that destoyed my hair to begin with?!  After the worst salon experience of my life you couldn't pay me to return.  I'm embarrassed to be seen in public and have to spend hundreds of dollars to have my hair fixed that they should be paying for!!
