Alright, so starting off I thought this palce would be ok. I got a free months rent and a 3 month intro offer. I realize now that should have been a clue to run. Do not rent from these people. I went in a month after I moved in to pay my rent and they didn't even know I had moved my things in yet. HUH!!!!!! Yeah I said I moved in amonth ago. She asked me whose lock was on the unit. I said mine was. Then nothing had been input into the system. Everything was fine after that unitl I was moving out. I broke my only key and was charged to cut the lock off. Ok I get that. However I was told to be there at one time and know one showed until 2 hours later. I confirmed the time with them before I left the establishment and was assured someone would be there. So after waiting for 2 hours John shows up and gives me nothing but attitude about having to cut the lock off. Ummm, isn't this your job and didn't I pay you to do this????!!!! John was a complete donkey's behind about it.
