The entire hotel was clean and smelled wonderful

The staff we very nice and the pillows we great.

We chose a non smoking room on the 1st floor and this section of the hotel has been updated and is very clean. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book this hotel again! The toiletries were also nice that were provided

Bed was comfy and I love the convience of location

I like how clean it was and the huge bed. Also how peaceful it is. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I found the staff to be very nice and accommodating. This was from the front desk person who checked us in, to the person who was in the kitchen area to show us how to work the waffle iron, to the young lady who was cleaning the rooms when we left.

I felt as if I was appreciated, and the manager, Arsh was very helpful, and professional.

The customer service is great , house keeping was great also.

The location was great because it was by many restaurants.

my stay at the baymont inn & suites in calumet city,il was excellent. the staff was friendly you get a nice clean room at a great price and it's so easy to travel to downtown Chicago. the travel time to downtown chicago is 20 minutes and the hotel has free parking, free continental breakfast, free wi-fi. and an indoor pool,lots of fun with nearby restaurants and shopping malls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful providing information about the area.

I would stay anytime I am in Chicago. I would also recommend it to family and friends.
