This department is the worst I've ever had to deal with. There is no way, as a home owner you should ever have to listen to a neighbors dog bark from 7-8 in the morning until 8-9 at night. People work different shifts and want to enjoy peace and quiet. The people at this office get annoyed when you call too much!! Terrible!!
