This office has the WORST customer service of any medical facilility I have ever been to. The Dr/Nurse is friendly, but the front desk is miserable. Today, I called at 1pm to confirm my 2:30pm appointment. When I show up at 2:30, they tell me the Nurse Practitioner had an emergency -- before lunch -- and therefore was not in that afternoon. They did not call. They have absolutely no respect for their patient's time. This would have been my third visit. The previous two times I waited an HOUR after my appointment to be seen. Despicable. STAY AWAY!!
