I visited Goodspeed Cycles because I had a flat on my road bike. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service on their bicycle or in the market for a good bike!!!

I thought it would be a good Idea to take my Bike to be "tuned up" after putting on fenders and a rear Rack. after 3 day I came to pick it up and was rang up by a Mechanic who I asked if the Bike was Okay.he said "i did not work On it" and rang my card. my problems started there as another worker cam quickly to open the door. Now I expected to at least be offered SOMETHING...and I still need a spare tube, but when I get home I find that the rear wheel nuts are only hand tightened...and when I try to fix it the wheel becomes Stiff and will not spin...at the end of the day I do not wish you to give this place your business as they did not serve me satisfactorily
