Disappointing work, no follow through either. Took care of Aunt and Uncle. Made him fix the way uncle looked. Bodies look bad compared to some other local funeral homes that I have seen. Just one example of the issues we had was we said we wanted the obituary to say In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society. We made a point that we use this terminology in the obituary and not In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy as uncle was Catholic and we wanted Masses and lunch food to be donated, as these things were important to count on others for, but my Aunt lived in a small apartment and had no room for a lot of flowers. Got the paper the next day and it said In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy as we asked that it wouldnt. Very little lunch food was donated and no masses.

I highly recommend these people. We had two unexpected funerals one after another and they were the kindest, most supportive and understanding people to deal with. They understood our circumstances and made the whole process so much easier for us, especially since we had never had to handle one funeral, much less two funerals before. We knew we could depend on them and have them advise us as to what had to be taken care of. They were there for us right from the moving of our loved ones from the hospitals (one not local), to taking care of matters after the funeral. They were very accomodating to our needs and wishes, it was more like dealing with close friends. Should we ever have need for another funeral, I definitely will contact them again
