My experience with the whole groups has been WONDERFUL!! They have done all my families HVAC work for years. They are responsive and reasonable. I have been VERY happy with them and they are great to work with.

Reading the other persons review- I am not sure it the is same business. I have never talked to a Leslie (don't know everyone but . .. ). My experiences are vastly different than the other reviewer.

Bad experience. They came to my house because my central heater wasn't working and my bills was 205 dollars on the first hour. They do charge 98 dollars an hour but he decided to replaced 2 connectors then he said that I need a new termostat and that would be another 150 dollars. I told them not. I would do that my self, just make sure that the unit was safe. I went to Home Depot got the new termostat and put it on. Before I turned on the unit I decided to check the breakers and the new connectors. What to surprise the breaker was off still and wire to the fan were burned which it was the main reason why the unit was not working. I call the supervisors there are 2 Steve and Leslie . Leslie never answer my e-mail and Steve said that his guy never would do that. Anyway they just took my money away not too much but still is not right to take advantage of people. Finally I call C&C and they fix my wires for only 65. I didn't need all the stuff
