The owner Chad is a nice guy to rent from, very pleasent and over all a good guy...now for his staff, they DO NOT communicate at all! His "secretary" Angie, DOES NOT relay messages to the maintenance guy, she DOES NOT answer phone calls from renters, she DOES NOT even tell the owner when a tenant has a pipe burst in their apartment. I have lived in one of the buildings for a little over 2 years and we've had a problem with her since day 1. She chooses her hours to be in the office and she chooses to not fix problems for the tenants. Over all this use to be a good place to live and it has gone down hill real quick. We have had a few problems in the last 5 months, none of which have been fixed and day after day we call her and leave messages and still never hear back from her or him. It's to the point were we are not going to pay rent and are ready to get the rental inspector in the apartment.
