They are the worst bank ever.I deposited my IRS refund Check in the ATM as I am at high risk for the virus. They gave me credit and then issued a debit. I went to the bank to find out why. The guy said it’s because my husband is not on my account, even though he signed the check, he told me I would receive the check in the mail in 3 business days.5 business days later I received the check and my husband took off work early to come in and show I’d, like the guy I spoke to said. They wouldn’t cash the check because they said they already processed it, even though they knew they would not credit my account.They could have called me but they didn’t bother.The lady at B of A said it’s still a valid check and we could try another bank or just have the IRS reissue the check. I have tried calling the IRS during this time of crisis, but can’t get ahold of them. B of A doesn’t care .I will be closing my account with them and would never recommend them to anyone. The crisis we are in now and they won’t give me my money.
