During the time that i worked for this company I was overworked & talked to as if i was insignificant .Lilian (the boss) was never considerate, she was really inappropriate, rude & she doesn't care for her clients. she once told me that she Does NOT Work With Her Clients Because It's Disgusting & She Can't Handle it! who owns a company to help the elderly but doesn't pick up the extra slack when needed, she will leave the clients without a caregiver before she has to come in which i think is ridiculous considering her sob story. She's unreasonable, manipulative, inconsiderate & she thinks she's above all. The only good thing about this company is the pay but dealing with that lady isn't worth it.
The first week I worked there I was taken to each of the clients houses (about 10 clients) for a meet n greet & hands on training (6hr shift), im sorry but thats not nearly enough time to train at every clients house & properly know what your supposed to do & keep In mind the driving time in between clients houses & yet the second time I went to these clients houses to train ALONE I was scolded for spending more than 1 hour with each client but I wasn't gonna leave my job half finished especially when a client is obviously in need. Lilian (the boss) also has a problem with keeping her mouth shut because she likes to talk about everyone & their problems to others & she makes promises she can't keep. whatever benefits her is what's best in her eyes she doesn't care if she has to work her employees like robots or make them feel bad if they don't help her she will take away their hours just out of spite.
