My car was towed after an accident. Went to
Towing place and they flat out lied about fees. Then sent me a bill for 3000! John the “supervisor” was very rude and dismissive and vague about what I needed to do. No one at the place understood the process. It was very odd since no one there understand their own jobs and they never informed me. They are dishonest and this place is a full on scam. they are making a killing. Very dishonest practice. This place will scam you.

I was stranded North of Malibu at 10 pm the side of the free way. All I needed was a jump. I called every single towing company within 10 - 15 mile vicinity and not inly were some of them rude but they all said they wouldn't come to get me because it was outside there territory.

I got a hold of Platinum Tow and they sent a tow truck which took about 30-40 mins. When the driver got here he was extremely nice, sincere and was not at all rude. He was very helpful and kind and his name was Oscar. OSCAR has outstanding customer service.

This company was excellent because they will go where the other company's won't and they give you an accurate time quote. I highly recommend this company as long as Oscar is coming to help you.
