The atm did not dispensed cash but was deducted from my account reported it signed forms needed to get my money back its been more than two weeks but it seemed like they are not putting enough effort in giving back my hard earned money after a week i called to check on the progress but was told my paperwork was not submittef yet why? Went there to sign another form theres a camera in that facility why not look at it to prove that the money was not dispensed i need to call the ceo of the bank if this is not resolved soon the manager is incompetent and unprofessional in dealing with this case i will close my account if this is not resolved soon its scary to use their atm for this reason
