I am one of the young adults who was a part of their programs, not a parent of one. This place changed my life in the best way possible! I can't even imagine where I'd be without Jessica, Darin, and Carolyn. I started there over three years ago and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Don't let one lady's bad experience stop you from helping yourself or your children. I love this place with all of my heart, I owe my success to them. Yes some of them are interns but that does not invalidate their opinion, they have masters degrees and tons of experience under their belt. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We reached out to this place in order to help our daughter. Unfortunately we dealt with an intern named Jessica who damaged our family. She clearly stated that I, the mother had Borderline Personality Disorder and that she just knew that I had trouble with friendships. With this information I immediately saw my family doctor and went to a psychiatrist and a psychologist. They all told me that this information was way off base. It is not the job of an intern to make such statements. I had other parents in the group approach me afterwards and state that they did not speak in group because they feared being attacked. I was looking for help and received the opposite. I am a school teacher of over 25 years. When a student teacher is in the classroom, she or he is always with a credentialed teacher. This program is run where 2 interns are left with children and their parents without a credentialed counselor. This is a huge mistake. It appears that she no longer works there according to their webpage.
