Yama is the best sushi restaurant period. I have gone there for years now! Super fresh fish, amazing combinations and most importantly a fantastic staff! Tony is by far the best sushi chef around! Friendly and fun not to mention makes me my own spicy tuna sashimi salad (Kims salad) without even having to ask for it! The Tony special roll is my favorite but they are all delicious! I have had several birthday dinners there and consider them to be part of my family!
