The owner of this salon "Arlene"is horrible. She was my beautician in the past. I use to go to her for a wash, blow dry, and trim. One day I noticed that she had been cutting my hair uneven. It was so noticeable that you could even see how uneven it was when my hair was curly( I thought this is crazy). Now, not everyone knows how to blow dry my hair well, so I thought I'd just let her know that she had been cutting my hair uneven the next time I go to get my hair done. Thinking she would just correct the problem and that would be that. Instead she was RUDE & BELLIGERENT. She played dumb and acted as if she couldn't see what clearly was a bad hair cut. She didn't apologize at all and thought I was wrong for criticizing her and told me she wasn't going to do my hair anymore. I don't know about you, but hair dressers like this I can do without.
