I placed a call to Personal Service, the dispachter, provided me with excellent service, she was professional, she said good afternoon,she told me how long, I would have to wait for a car. I didn't wait long. She called me when I was in the car. She also, told to enjoy the rest of the day. the driver picked-up my shopping cart and placed it in the back seat of the car. When we arrived at my house, he took out my shopping cart. That's what I call Personal touch. Thank you for providing personal and professional service. Keep it up��������

Very Unprofessional , Terrible Attitude .. would rather walk to my destination than to ever call here again.

AVOID if at all possible, I called them twice and both times they had me standing there for a cab forever never to show up.
