Their service is miserable if you decide to come to the office in person. They give first preference to people who calls on phone. I've been there 4 times, every time I had to wait for non stop number of calls to get over before they ask me what I came for, waiting time is about 20-30 minutes. They have no respect for their customers time and appear very unfriendly, never polite. They should have a call agency only, why they got office I don't understand.

They're great until a flight is canceled and you're owed money. They're not worth the trouble when there are so many good travel agencies in the Boston area.
