I have made three or four high end purchases at the Galleria Best Buy over the years. A camera, a TV, etc.



They have a lot of product on the floor. We did our research and were looking at LED screen and had a lot of questions. One the staff, Nathan W. came over and spent 15 minutes, answering all our questions. He says they don't get commission and he was not trying to sell us anything. Very informative and efficient. Then he showed us theater systems. Another 30 minutes. He described clearly the differences and what we would get for the price. I called him on the phone recently, purchased a TV, receiver, etc. Again, well informed, efficient. Gave me a few extra perks. It turns out Best Buy provides in home consultations for a fee ($100) which you get back if you purchase more than $500. Because of the complexity of modern audio/video this was the fastest way for us to cut to the chase. We'll see how that turns out. So far so good. I used to do mystery shopper research. I rate this as good/very good service on the informed and efficient scales.
