Our full time recruiters will work with you to assist in personalizing the selection process of a Nanny. We simplify many of our processes through automatic billing, payroll services, and scheduling apps to allow you to focus your attention fully on communicating with your Nanny about what matters most, your children. Our extensive pre-placement process for all our Nannies includes background criminal records checks, sexual offender checks, motor vehicle records checks, social security number verification, and no less than five (5) reference checks. Our unique Nanny training provides additional education in health, safety, and sanitation, positive child interactions, and curriculum.
