Established in 2017. Saloniki is our tribute to the Greek Sandwich shop. Founded by 3 Restaurant industry veterans - James Beard Award winner, Chef Jody Adams; Thessaloniki-born Restauranteur, Eric Papachristos; Hospitality & Management expert, Jonathan Mendez. We wanted to recreate the flavors of Greece, using the finished ingredients and cooking everything from scratch. We hope you enjoy!
