- All of us, staff and volunteers alike, take great pride in this grassroots, community-based agency. We want to share a little about the services we provide. Family Pathways changes people's lives by: providing senior services, including companionship and respite care, to the elderly so they may live in independence with dignity. providing hope and nourishment to adults and children in crisis with our food pantries and community advocacy program building awareness and sensitivity in youth and their families with our youth services programs. For the past 33 years, we have served communities in Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, and Mille Lacs counties. Family Pathways has expanded in response to growing needs and now serves residents in 16 counties throughout Central Minnesota and Western Wisconsin including the towns of Forest Lake and St. Croix Falls. Family Pathways continues building new programs for children and teens, and adding new services based on the needs of our community. Recently we have added a new food shelf in Frederic, WI.
