I opened an account at this bank in the interest of keeping my business local. However, their customer service is severely lacking. Depending on "snail" mail to communicate important information, I didn't even receive all of the information that they claim to have sent. The fees are exorbitant, the hours are limited, and the number of locations is also limited. I'm closing this account, and I would advise that you stay clear of this bank.
