I was completely shocked by how rudely the lady who runs this shop treated me. It was by far the worst I have been ever been treated as a customer. She had a very dreadful attitude that made being there a horrible experience. I will be sure to never shop there again.

I love the owners ability to pull and find the books and resource I am looking for and always stays in touch on the progress of finding the information or not. She is an excellent resources and her shop is warm and inviting. Thanks for being there,especially in a small town setting, I don't need to run into the cities or other places to find what I am looking for :)
