I was a member here for 24 years. I ignored the filth and poor condition of the equipment, but the clincher came when I complained to the manager that the finger-print access did not work for me during cold weather. He shouted for me to "can it" and continued yelling at me in front of customers. I don't know who the hell he thinks he is to talk to ANYONE that way, let alone a long-term customer. Needless to say, I walked out and never went back.
