I'd give this place -5 stars if I could. The neighborhood is terrible; gunfire in the middle of the night. Vehicles were broken into on numerous occasions (including my own) with nothing done about it. The apartments are not only very old (which is fine for me) but dirty. They are not well taken care of. The owner doesn't even live there; he lives in Columbus & his staff just doesn't care. They break the lease agreement by showing up at your door once a month unannounced to allow pest control to come in because apparently certain units are infested (we found dead roaches in the bathroom upon moving in). If you're not a local, be prepared to be treated like garbage. I have never in my life lived in such a place. We had to move there without viewing it in person because we were moving from a different state for work. The pictures are nothing like it is in person. For $850 a month, this was an insult. Stay far, far away.
