Nurses were great but the physicians were subpar. I almost lost a kidney from a kidney stone got stuck and was bleeding profusely and the stone had actually cut thru my ureter and my kidney was more than twice the size it shoulda been. I was transferred to Riverside Methodist in Columbus because I needed surgery and SE Med doesn’t do surgery on the weekends. Thank God Riverside was able to save my kidney after two visits to the ER at SE MED. Very poor medical treatment. After my first trip there I was in pain, not the worst ever but yes I was in pain and I was told to take Tylenol and just think of something else. OMG. I wish physicians could walk a mile in the patients shoes. The medical community has gone too far over this opioid problem. Ppl in real pain can’t get any pain meds.

Horrible customer service. Receptionist did not give her name when answering the phone. When I asked who I was speaking with so I could address them properly, she informed me they did not give out their names. However, after being transferred the women promtly introduced herself, using her first name in the greeting. Just horrible attitide and serivce from their office personel
