Provided by YP.comLESS THAN 1 STAR! POOR SERVICE – DANGEROUS – DID NOT CARE ABOUT AN ALLERGIC REACTION THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR & DID NOT COME TO THE TABLE AFTER LEARNING ABOUT IT TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS OK.
While visiting from the state of Washington, I took my family out to dinner. Inquiring about the ribeye stake & shrimp special, I asked if the shrimp could be on a separate plate for my daughter-in-law stating that SHE IS ALLERGIC TO ALL SEAFOOD and NO SEAFOOD CAN TOUCH ANY OF HER FOOD. She opted to, not order the special and ordered breaded veal cutlet with mashed potatoes. After 2 bites of the breaded veal she had an allergic reaction. We advised the personnel of her allergic reaction and asked if the veal was deep fried in the same oil as seafood. The waitress came back and asked if she wanted to reorder. She said no. Her lips and tongue were tingling and swelling. My son went to the counter and asked if they had benadryl on hand, NO. I drove to BP for benadryl. When I returned she was already experiencing some breathing issues. Two benadryl in and carefully observing her, symptoms began reversing.
THE OWNER WAS ON SITE AND NEVER SPOKE US. HE & THE PERSONNEL WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS WITH NO CONCERN FOR HER WELLBEING. We were told that her meal would be comped. Symptoms lessening more, she finely ordered a different meal. Our meals were cold and they balked at replacing them. Then, we had to ask for our check. THEY CHARGED FOR HER MEAL. I asked, “Your charging for her meal after what happened to her when her allergy was mentioned?” She spoke to the owner, who was cooking, came back and said “YES!”
PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGY DO NOT EAT HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING!

Provided by YP.comthe food is really good, great jobs girls ( cooks )the wait staff all should be fired ! They were terrible, not friendly at all ( only if you were a regular & they knew you )they ignored you as you walked in the door, no greeting, then as if you were interrupting their time, they told you to go sit at a table. We sat for about 10 min before anyone came to our table to give us menus,then three people were at our table bringing coffee,water and menus. we didn't ask for coffee so they just set the coffee cups on the partition wall, can you not bring them back to the kitchen? They were all confused and did not know what they were doing. They ran around like chickens with their heads cut off but accomplishing nothing. There are no certain tables for each waitstaff, they brought food to tables and asked the customer Is this your food you ordered? Not Professional staff. I know they don"t get paid much but at least try to do the job if you plan on working in the restaurant business. We finished our Father's day breakfast and sat and waited for a check for about a half hour, we decided to just go to the register and ask how much wee owed for our meal. I guess if we would have started walking out the door without paying for our meal they might have noticed...???? Sorry folks, you need to hire people that at least care & know what they are doing. Terrible waitstaff.
