My grandmother and I came into Great Clips the other day, and we were so happy with the result. Our stylist, Sylvia, was kind, polite, and extremely professional. My grandmother has been having difficulty explaining exactly the kind of cut she's wanting, and it's been YEARS since she's found someone who will listen to her and cut it the way she likes it. Sylvia is an absolute gem; she gave my grandmother the exact cut she was looking for, and was so professional the entire time. We were in and out in less than fifteen minutes, and my grandmother was thrilled. Thank you so much, Sylvia, you're an absolute hero.

The name on the receipt said Tracy was my stylist. I came injust to get a shampoo. The stylist was not friendly at all. I usually go to the location on Rockville road in Indy and have a 10x better experience. She charged me for a style just because she blow dryed my hair. Didn't say anything about it costing 15 dollars just to get it blow dryed. Just over all not happy and won't return this location again.
