I rented a unit at their Mooresville complex from the office in Camby. I went to put a lock on it and there was no latch on the door. I opened the door and it reaked of mildew. There were water stains on the particle board walls. I went back to the office in Camby to end the lease. The whole Mooresville complex sits in a flood plain. They said nobody has complained about the units in 15 years. They would not refund my money but at least they got me out of the lease. It was a totally miserable experience and the customer service was insulting.
