- We were founded in 1972 by Jim Neeley as a sole practitioner with a client base of 20,000 acres. Today, we manage over 200,000 acres for 400 clients in Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana. Our professional staff includes four registered foresters, with over 200 years of experience in the forestry profession. We also have two licensed Certified General Appraisers, one State Registered Apprentice Appraiser, and four licensed Real Estate agents on staff.
